joe@hallstrategies.comJoe Hall formed Hall Strategies in March 2004 following a decade of client service as a partner at The Ingram Group. His focus is media relations, local government relations, strategic planning and grassroots campaigns.
His client experience includes Nashville Capital Network, Shelby Farms Park Conservancy, Delaware North Companies, the Hyde Family Foundations, Anheuser-Busch Cos., the Memphis Grizzlies and FedExForum, and Red River Service Corp. He helped launch the Memphis Biotech Foundation, the state's first charter schools, and in 2001, managed lobbying and grassroots activities to relocate the NBA Grizzlies to Memphis.
A native Memphian who moved to Nashville in 1992, he was a reporter for The (Memphis) Commercial Appeal and Nashville Business Journal.
He serves on the board of the Nashville Business Coalition political action committee and is a long-time board member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. He is a former member of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors, for which he served as Vice Chairman for Government Relations.
